the beautiful and sublime

the beautiful & sublime...

The aesthetic world is not limited to what is only beautiful or pleasurable to the senses. Art, film, and music can often have an uncanny quality to it that evokes feelings that are simply hard to define. The spectrum of human emotion is so vast... so beautiful and often frightening because we lack the ability to fully comprehend and express that space which exists in all of us. For me, the simplest way to share my subjective point of view is to catalog that which inspires this awe in me. This blog is dedicated to the beautiful and sublime in aesthetics.
